First video chat

We’ve decided to move forward in the interview process. The next step is a 1-hour video interview with a lead team member. In this conversation, we will dive deeper into your work experience and how it coincides with the position you are interviewing for. We will test technical capabilities, as well as answer any questions you may have regarding role requirements and expectations.
Final interviews

The first video call went well and you’ve completed your Core Strengths SDI 2.0 assessment. The recruiting team will coordinate a three to four-panel interview where you will meet with team members individually to cover different topics around the role you are interviewing for. This interview is an extensive dive into your skills, your ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and your approach to solving problems. For Engineering roles, we use peer-programming challenges to evaluate your technical abilities. For Product, we ask for you to provide a portfolio of your previous work.

We are excited to extend you an offer with Mothership. By the end of the interview process, you should have a clear understanding of what success looks like in this role. We will review your start date, benefits, and all the details in between. Once your offer is accepted and finalized, you are officially a part of the Mothership team.
