We built this redesign to simplify that — bringing the most important information into focus, setting clearer expectations, and making it easier to stay on top of your shipments.

What’s new
🧭 Smarter pickup guidance
A readiness checklist, clear pickup windows, and on-page tips help you confirm everything before the carrier arrives.
🗺️ Cleaner, more accessible tracking feed
The activity feed has been moved to the left and streamlined, so you can follow statuses and updates without losing visibility, even when chatting with support.
📦 Better organized shipment details
Shipment details and documents like BOLs, photos, and invoices are now in separate tabs, making them easier to find when you need them.
